For more tips of how to change your life, check out Tim's latest AudioBook "Turbo Charge Your Life!" http://runningraw.com/store.html#audiobook

In this episode of the Running Raw Project: Tim heads to Nelson, British Columbia to do some back country trail running. You might think that it's hard to continue making green smoothies while traveling, but it's actually quite easy.

  • Go Bro

    You are amazing bro

  • @drevyl i think you probably need to see other parts of the body to really check for emaciation. i see your point but i think the whole world can benefit from the insight that we what are "used to seeing" is not necessarily correct. in other words, most people have too much body fat and that's what is the norm for society for years and years.

  • @drevyl

What do you mean by "sort of disintegrate" ?

  • I think the pure raw vegan diet works very well for sometime but then the body starts sort of disintegrating. Not scientific talk but. Notice under Tim's eyes, he looks a little as if emaciated. I notice this with many long term raw foodists. It just looks wrong. as if its not healthy. The people within the first few years of a raw diet don't have this.

  • a mango and a plum? is this breatharianism tim? i wish you make 10 mangos and 10 plums in yoiur smoothie like your psyoligical need.

  • Tim,

Head north a bit and run up Idaho Peak. Near New Denver. Incredible workout and amazing view.

  • @keepinitdown when you fast or do have as much food as your use to your body starts to adapt your stomach starts to shrink and because you have a shortage of harmful foods and sugar your body will not be hungry nearly as often. It's hard the first week but not after it becomes a habit and you brain comes back on line and tells your body you are full.

  • Dude im in flood ravaged Rockhampton and for a few days there we didn't have food supplies such as bananas. So when the carbs are low and your trying to blend apples and silverbeet, how do you deel with the lack of energy and more importantly (for someone fat) how do you deel with the REAL sense of HUNGER?

  • My five (and a half!) year old daughter says: "He's one funny mister smoothie guy", I have to say that I agree:)

  • great tips doing green smoothies on the road. thanks
