  • Cool engine!... Speaking of cooling, do you find the smaller alternator pulley helps a lot with the cooling? Do you reckon it robs much power or puts pressure on the alternator bearings? I might consider it for my own motor.

  • Yeah 3k gets you a lot of fun though! Im building a 1776 myself at the moment, and it's going to run me about €2000. Im going to throw a bit of extra money at the gearbox, get a higher final drive in there. Im looking forward to that! You'd have to be careful with 211 hp in the back of a bug! My bug is tail happy with its stock 1300! hehe
