You can't judge a whole section of humanity, with a legitimate disease, based on the actions of one psycho, otherwise we'll have society where you can fire someone for having ADD (per say) because someone with ADD once committed a crime.

This is unacceptable for this government. Tranvestites should have just as many rights and just as much freedom and comfort in this society in this modern age as anyone else and saying otherwise goes again the constitution and against any idea of freedom in the USA.

It is in effect 365 days a year... but it is not specifically related to this bill, just Nancy Pelosi's office.

This bill actually died in the senate, so no one has this protection unless the state or city they live in has passed legislation.
