The gen 6 board is one of a few boards that can be used, I used the Arduino Mega 2560 with the Ultimachine Ramps v 1.4 board which plugs onto the Arduino Mega, then 4 stepper motor drivers and an sd card reader that plug onto the ramps board which I also purchased from Ultimachine, these boards would be the latest and greatest to be used on the Prusa Mendel, thanks, Jeff.
