i have followed this guide for the trophys but its only 1 i dont have that is : (Celebrated Collected all the medals.) but i have everything collected but when i check on medals i dont have everything collected to get that medal

for "Celebrated" you need all the medals, you can check in the medals menu, which are left to achieve

@Neonodex i know you have to kill Malthusian while he is stunned but i just want the collector medal does that mean i have to achieve the other titles to or documents and objects?
