Should tune the piano. But really good playing and understanding for the age.

got it tuned but it's old and would need to be overhauled. not worth it

This is from the first movement of Mozart's piano sonata #11 K. 331 (the third movement of which is the famous Rondo Alla Turca), NOT from Mozart Piano Concerto #12. The title really should be edited.
