I'm not forgettign what Chloe did, but in this instance, she had a point. Especially what she said about being a mom herself and Delia. Chloe even said that she makes mistakes everyday. Billy has a right to be upset, lord knows I've been upset with my parents a time or tow. Still, there's a line we shouldn't cross.

I will always be a Chilly fan but Billy has to learn that he can't take Chloe and Delia for granted. I am not really on the Chloe/Chance train, but I think it makes a nice diversion from the vortex of suck we are forced to watch right now.
