Ha.. yeah I agree. I'm learning, what can I say :-) An actor I'm not ;-) My goal is to show the special kneading I do that I have been quite pleased with. Results are a very nice country style dense texture Italian bread that I used to get from the Italian deli's up north long ago. Love it!
