  • You may want to fast forward a bit through this video. This was my first attempt at making video and I did not know how to edit videos yet. I have come a long way since then with video editing. Hopefully my newer videos will be more enjoyable. See my new video below. If you check my youtube channel, hopefully, you will see I've come a long way.

  • where is part one

  • you can find that here:

do a youtube search for "italian bread dough" and you will find it. Youtube is not letting me put a link here.

  • Anthony, I love you, but take a course in editing!!!!!!

  • Ha.. yeah I agree. I'm learning, what can I say :-) An actor I'm not ;-) My goal is to show the special kneading I do that I have been quite pleased with. Results are a very nice country style dense texture Italian bread that I used to get from the Italian deli's up north long ago. Love it!

  • Sure, feel free to embed my video. I just checked out your site, nice! Some really helpful videos on there. I'm going to link to it from my site. Nice to see people enjoying that Italian Bread Dough video. There is nothing quite like fresh Italian Bread!

  • Check out the NY Times "no knead" bread method on You Tube- results are spectacular as well.

  • Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
