lion dance celebration house warming for new house

I an a interior designer and i just finish the renovation for this house. Here is video taken from Singapore family moving into the new place.For Indian culture they believe in picking an auspicious date for moving house and conduct prayer and invite the God to the house by celebrating with lion dance . It believe that Lion dance bring in Good luck and Good fortune for the new flat and good health for everyone.

I thought Lion Dance for a new house for Christians or Catholic should be a priest coming in instead of lion dance? And where can i get a lion head? I am form Singapore......And I love lion dance...........
