Props for going with a milder overdrive with that mesa. It's really nice to hear what the amp has to offer.

Two Rock, Carol Ann, Xits, DR Z all have great players with great chops playing clean and dirty tones in YOU TUBE demo clips. MESA MKIV you tube clips have the same shitty playing only in the gain channel. THE MESA CLIPS SUCK. SAME HALF ASS WANKING, SAME SHITTY TONE IN THE LEAD CHANNEL! WTF? ARE ANDY TIMMONS & PETRUCCI THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN GET DECENT SOUNDS OUT OF THE MESAS?

@MrBigbobby2345 This was a while ago, so actually I don't remember the settings. This is my dad's amp, and since I don't use it a lot, I'm not too familiar with it. I do know that it was the lead channel.

@andersforfang Thanks. It's got the stock Burstbuckers (1 in the neck and a 2 in the bridge).
