THE KODAK EASYSHARE DIGITAL CAMERA MODEL # DX4330.. IT IS A PIECE OF CR*PPPPPP (REVIEW) .....

MY FRIEND ,YOUTUBE's OWN, COMMUNISTJESUS WAS RIPPED OFF SCAMMED AT THE MODESTO, CALIFORNIA BEST BUY. HE BOUGHT A KODAK DIGITAL CAMERA.... THRU NO FAULT OF HIS OWN, THE CAMERA BROKE DOWN IMMEDIATELY AFTER HE GOT IT.

HE TRIED TO GET HIS MONEY BACK BUT BEST BUY DIDN'T REIMBURSED HIM AND TOLD HIM TO DEAL WITH KODAK DIRECTLY.

HE SENT THE CAMERA AWAY TO KODAK CORP. TO BE FIXED. NOT TOO LONG AFTER HE RECEIVED IT, THE CAMERA BROKE DOWN AGAIN.

HE TRIED TO RESEND IT TO KODAK CORP. BUT WAS INFORMED THAT THE GUARANTEE HAD EXPIRED..
SO PEOPLE PLEASE !!!BEWARE!!! OF KODAK AND BESTBUY...

Apparently there is only one department you can complain to, Consumer Relations. Apparently their is only one supervisor, Jeff Moss (612) 292-0029 who doesn't give two sh**s. I was lied to about a service plan by an employee and they are refusing to make amends for their mistakes. Support local businesses. I don't have too many where I live so i bought a new Mac Book Pro from Apple but at least they are NOT huge LIARS like Best Buy.

Best Buy is also being absorbed by a Chinese company.

i work at best buy, and yes we are a shitty company. i totally and completely agree with you. they like to treat me like shit cause i'm 17 and it's my first job, if it didn't pay decent i'd walk the hell out. i can't wait to get a new job! fuck best buy

I HATE BEST BUY! i live in Sunnyvale,ca. i went to the best buy in el camino and my mom bought me a brand new toshiba laptop. couple weeks later it started messing up! i went to best buy and they shipped it to get it "fixed". IT TOOK ABOUT 5MONTHS!!!! get it back! WAS NOT FIXED!! AND MY MOM IS PAYING THE LAPTOP OFF WTF IS THAT BS!! i resended the laptop back like 3times. unbelieveable. AND they said it was MY FUALT That the computer was messing up! ARE U KIDDING ME? screw BEST BUY
