it is a gastronomic and ecological event which is organized around the first of May holidays and it offers the most delicious home- made meals and delicacies prepared by Novaljas caterers. Garden flowers seedlings are given to the citizens so they could decorate their gardens as best as they can. The whole event would be unthinkable without music and song. / Fešta od maja - gastronomska i ekološka priredba koja se organizira oko prvosvibanjskih blagdana, a na njoj se posjetiteljima nude najprobranija domaća jela i delicije koje spremaju novaljski ugostitelji. U sklopu priredbe građanima se dijele sadnice vrtnog cvijeća radi uljepšavanja okućnica. Sve skupa začinjeno je pjesmom.
