They are NOT POWs. If they call them POWs, they will then be required to abide by the rules of POWs. very true on both points, we do not a death penalty. life in prison is the rule. murder is treat ed light than in some countries. there are flaws in every country justice systems, some are too harsh, some too light, middle is seldom found.

i understand that, some offenses such as drugs should be overhauled that would cut the population down. murder and rapes, heavy time is overstandable. minor offenses should have more chances of coming back. three strikes that to rough so times, all depends the type crime and the person. a case at time.
