Creek Boating - River Giedd.

One morning in Wales with the boys.

Tight creeking on the River Giedd, a tributary of the Tawe, this river was awesome, opening slide of 100m+ banking round four corners, into a short but sweet section of river with 3 major crux sections.

All filmed on a GoPro HD Wide.

Chris, Your book was a little vague on what actually lay hidden in that gorge. I was pleasently suprised with what we found  back in 2008.

Where abouts in wales is this river? I've paddled most of the rivers down on Dartmoor and feeling like a change in scenary really. What grade is it?
