Damn these things look like they will snap my door frame off. But I desperately need a pull up bar, so guess I'll just take a chance.

make sure to drink water, milk or anything protein

Hi footballtazzer..sorry for the delayed response...you know the best core/ab workout equipment for me is the swiss or stability ball...there are such a huge range of exercises that can be done with the swiss ball...and the exercises are extremely effective...and best of all a swiss ball is extremely inexpensive. Remember it doesn't have to look cool or cost allot to be extremely effective

Thanks for these extremely useful tips! I bought myself a pull-up bar 2 months ago, and then I managed to only do 2-3 PERFECT pull-ups. Now, 2 months later, I can do 8 perfect ones. I love it! I'm going for more...! Thanks again.

Yep...pullups can be different for different people..what I notice is smaller more petite guys who are athletic tend to be able to do more...mass has a lot to do with it of course..I'm about 190lbs a pretty strong guy and I can do 10-15 about the first set ...and fall off as I go and I've seen very fit muscular guys only do 4 - 6.
