@thecreepyguy There are grip trainers that isolate individual fingers - you could probably get custom weighting/resistance.

It was recomended to me buy a close friend when i asked him what is the best way to strengthen the fingers he told me push ups on the palms first then on all five fingers and that way is the best. I am wondering if there is any better way that doesnt require you to support your own body weight?

Thanks you for this advise. Much Appreciated.

Thanks for that, i have been practising martial arts for some years now, and have not truley been shown the potential of the tiger claw. Only "finger type" work i have practised is in the spear hand thrusts.
Do you have any schools in Australia?

i like it. we also use a claw to the eyes sometimes. it's very effective.

If practiced 3 times a day you should begin to feel very strong in a matter of weeks; almost like a natural steroid. Go to my website wingchunbakmei (dot) com, then go to the healing arts section where I elaborate more.

It was taught to me by Grandmaster Pan Nam himself. I teach it just as he taught me. The Qi Gong activates internal organs and opens meridian channels and blood vessels throughout the body. By doing so, internal organs remain active and healthy, blood and Qi get sent to extremities which can help with impotency and weakness in muscles, it tones muscles and aids in getting nutrients and oxygen to all parts of the body which prevent illness and excessive tiredness.

I wanted to show that there are more options than punching. In some life and death situations, a person might need more than a punch; they may need a little something extra.
I also wanted to demonstrate how the Pan Nam system is different than the Yip Man system, since most people in the west have not truly been exposed to this unique and rare system of Wing Chun.

It does not get simpler than clawing/tearing at an enemy's face/throat. The claw is a very innate and natural weapon that the human being has detached himself from. With proper training, your fingers can become extremely deadly. You can look up John Brookfield's books on hand strength to get a small idea of what I am talking about.
