HI I am in training, and I have started working nightshifts, my energy levels and performance have dropped. I know you have experience with this. Any advice?

@clarkdef wish I did, but I had no success when I worked nights, so I don't know what I would advise. One idea would be doing 6 weeks of mostly explosive training and then taking 3 weeks off. Hopefully you could still improve your rate of force development with that approach. But I just don't know know if gaining strength is likely at all

would you say cardio, along with jump training, would be detrimental towards my results? I'm planning on doing all my strength/plyos in the morning with regular cardio at night and either regular cardio or HIIT on the off days. thoughts?
