Lest we forget, we are doomed to repeat. There are people who are saying get over it! But if it's them they want you to NEVER forget. Wow. Just inhumane behavior. Their conversation about the Aboriginals show who they really are, unfortunately they protest too much and their true intentions are SEEN! When a people are ravaged and they are left without industries intact, they are left crippled and maimed. Once they realize their predicament and how it came to be the better off they will be.

@OceanicMetal If the Europeans never tainted the original Aborigines, we wouldn't be having this debate. Let's not put the cart before the horse. As well you are trying to convince me of your view as usual (the whites did nothing wrong) they just came in with their religion and halos and bestowed their intellect on the savages, sound familiar? It should. All people of color have been ravaged by the Europeans globally. The native Americans experienced the fake beads and baubles for their lands.

I just viewed a movie based on a true story called, Rabbit-Proof Fence. It told a story I never knew. When I finished watching the movie I started researching what happen to the Aboriginal people by whites. Horrid, appalling and pathetic behavior by greedy, thieving people that then turn around and say you should act like us. We're taking your children because you are savages and we're refined and civilized.NOT! Sadly devastating story of child kidnappings and God only knows what else.

This tragedy continues, they are taking our children through the foster care system, in higher numbers, in every state via community service type departments.

Not much has changed and this deliberate damage to our people in this day and age is a travesty.
