I'm not entirely sure what the incident was, but it seems a bus may have knocked a cyclist off their bike. Regardless, the incident was serious enough to call out Cambridge Constabulary's £3.9 million chopper, which landed on the grass behind Queen's College, next to King's. Apparently, the helicopter pilot considered landing on the back lawn in King's to avoid all the trees, which make the landing difficult. I'm sure that would have made the Porters happy... And apologies for the slightly shaky video, but there was a load of grit being blown into my eyes.
@darylbrown21 Appreciate the info - thanks

Sunday 1 May - A 31 yr old man hit by bus in centre of Cambridge
Dr Jon Birks & paramedic Gary Spitzer were flown to the scene by Magpas & Police helicopter at approximately 3pm. The Helimedix team provided the man with A&E level care and continued to treat him whilst escorting him to hospital by land ambulance. Despite all the efforts made by the Helimedix team, sadly the man later died from the injuries he sustained.

@christopherpostill Thanks for the link. There were certainly a lot of medics crowding around the cyclist for a long time prior to going in an ambulance... it seemed a little strange not to take them away quickly to the hospital. Perhaps it was already too late.
