Washing, rinsing, and drying of coffee beans at the Shoye Cooeprative in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Coffee from this region is famous for its unique flavor profiles. Ethiopians have been producing coffee longer than any other culture — the coffee tree evolved there!

  • lool i actually undertand what they are saying, wish there movies in the sidama/sidamo laguage for those of us ,rare people, that do not speak amaric
