ok thanks i do take them out usually and i forget but i have had them for a almost 2 years and they are fine and my heat bulb is at least 100 wt i think its 150 i will have to check and i just got a new uvb bulb and it is a 13 wt desert uvb buld from zoo med i think but yeah thanks for the tips, do u have any animals

Great video. Love the setup. I would suggest adding a wall on the ramp. They aren't known to be the brightest critters and have been known to fall from such ramps and get hurt. Oh and romain has a calcium inhibitor in it make sure you are adding a calcium supplement if feeding romain.

@vampire5003 i have one of those bulbs that provide both heat and UVB, but i read somewhere that the amount of UVB given off if too little. Do you think i should also buy a separate UVB bulb?

Lettuce everyday is a bad idea.

They are supposed to eat a high fiber diet. Not a High protein diet.

What do you do for UVB lighting? Take them outside 3 times a week for 1 hour or replace your heat lamp bulb with a zoo med powersun or mega-ray 100w bulb. Those make heat and UVB.
