I am very sad for them.Having said that Jon never really seems as commited to family life ,or enthused, so maybe it is for the best that kate is able to rid herself of some negativity and move on.

Kate's problem is that she tries to micromanage the kids. Then she gets stressed out. Jon is like "if he spills his milk, whatever." Kids are messy, noisy, and needy for attention. If you can't stand the kids's whining and crying, lock yourself in your room.

Kate is freakin hot, im 22 and i'll support her and her 8 kids like they were my own. Jon is a loser he has a wonderful family and he just gave that up, its a shame.

kate is the problem in all of this. she even said so herself, "the kids matter the most to me." Wrong. You love your kids with your life yes but you and your husband should be #1. The kids will grow up and leave you to start their own families. But you and your husband are life partners. She got it all wrong. She loves the kids but doesn't love Jon. Marriages and families like that will never work. Didn't you watch Jerry Maguire? Jerry loved Dorothy's kid but not her (until the end).

guys if you can make it owrk as separated then bless you, because your kids will grow up so happy if they don't see you fight and you will be more balanced. My parents got divorced when i was 10. Now i'm 20 and my parents have a better relationship than when i was a kid, and they've both been a huge part of my life. If you can't stay together do what you have to do to help your kids grow as balanced individuals. All the love to you!!!
