Saarivuoma - An indigenous community abused by the states

Most of the pictures are taken from the demonstrations of reindeerherding sámi peoples from Saarivuoma area, against the states of Norway and Sweden for stealing their (the sámis) ancient lands. It was held in Stockholm Sweden November 23'th 2007.

@nuenjetteme You are right. the unusual gene the Sami carry is Very, Very old. I find it hilarious that racists who insult the Sami do not do their homework first.  The Sami genes are older, and more "pure" than any. The only problem is that the current "belief' concerning human migrations does not allow for Sami being there for tens of thousands of years. But, like Kennewick Man In america, they are a reality. The Main thing is that the Sami are respected and left to continue their own way.
