i don't think there was other options other than just paypal. I recently bought something else from paypal and that was the only option available.
i'm sorry about the problems with paypal. what is it that your having trouble with?

Are you sure there are other ways to pay?? It doesnt let me attempt to pay without paypal and Im having a hard time with setting up a paypal thing.

i'm not sure if you HAVE to....
but..
it really helps to show proof of the damage.
esp since you paid for insurance, it shouldn't be a problem to get a new one free...

i received my pallette this morning and most of the colours are bokrn i payed for insurance but the wrapping couldnt save a nut if it had too. ive emailed them...but do i have to showteh damage in pictures???

Sure, there are other ways to pay, but using paypal is recommended for safety purposes.

This 120 Palette is amazing.
Of course I'm going to want this one over the 88... it's about the same price!!!
