Lancôme Presents "Soon is Now" - Luminato 2012

Luminato is one of Toronto's most exciting art festivals, with 10 days of incredible talent: music, theatre, dance, visual arts, film - you name it! We made the trip to T.O. to get VIP access to the Soon is Now event featuring world renowned (and Quebec born!) painter Corno and our favourite Lancôme makeup artist Lora Spiga.

The event took place at the beautiful Airship 37 in Toronto's distillery district. It was a day filled with beauty and talent, open to the public.

The venue was split into two rooms: 'The Lancôme Beauty Gallery' and 'The Studio'. The beauty gallery gave women the chance to experience professional makeup touch-ups and tutorials with Lancôme's official makeup artist Lora Spiga and her team, as they used the Lancôme by Corno collection. I'm a huge fan of the collection - it couldn't be more perfect for the summer!

The studio was a magnificent white, rustic room with Corno's art popping off the walls. Visitors were invited to live in the moment as Corno's works came to life. As the day progressed, Corno added finishing touches to large scale paintings. She also painted on models that were styled by the very talented Charlie Le Mindu. Corno's art is fresh, vibrant and feminine.

All in all, it was a spectacular event! If you didn't have a chance to make it out to Soon is Now, you should check out Lancôme's next event at The Bay on Younge St. (downtown Toronto) from June 14-16, 2012.
