04 - Leche Flan Cake

Ingredients:

7 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of water
pinch of cream of tartar
1 pack of fresh raspberries
1 box of classic yellow cake mix
**(be sure to add the ingredients listed on the cake box also)

you had a two very small, one medium and one really big bowl and i assume you put them all in the oven with the same temperature and baking time. aren't they supposed to have different cooking time? the very small ones should have been cooked faster so the batter or the flan might have been overcooked or the really big bowl's mixture was undercooked. also, when you flipped the bowl with the plate on top of it, it didn't look as good as the picture posted lol
