I don't get what Olympic weightlifting has to do with Crossfit. Olympic weightlifting is excellent, but most employments of it into a "crossfit" program are horrible from what I've seen.
I haven't yet found any utility in what appears to be a convoluted faddish system. Everything it aims to achieve can already be achieved more effectively through training modalities that are already existent.
