@moxieownage I'm sorry about your uncle--that's awful. Godfrey Bloom (MEP UK) was saying, though, that some of the MEPs in the European Union didn't know the difference between Carbon Dioxide and Carbon Monoxide, and were basing their votes on the belief that CO2 is a toxic gas.

@courtesyZone There is a difference though between CO2 emissions and poisons released by vehicles. CO2 is pretty much harmless but other emissions are quite lethal. My Uncle killed himself with carbon monoxide.

How could anyone think this is a good idea? Can you imagine the day at which all of europe and the Americas are together trying to force China to do something it doesn't want to? Personally, I don't want to be a part of any group that wants to gang up against china.
