  • @LuxeXx before the jazzmaster tho he used to play a shergold masquerader way back in the early days. really funky english made guitar.i think he even recorded raise with it, dont quote me on it tho

  • I wish there was a quality live recording of this song so much...

  • Was this the same tour where they were opening for Hum?

  • All Adam ever plays is his Jazzmaster. It's the same one through all these years. The top of the body of the guitar is completely worn away.

  • I love them, and as a guitar player, I have to give Swervedriver credit for the fact that I own three Jazzmasters and two Jaguars as well as a '65 Mustang and an Epiphone Sheraton 2, and an 1984 Gibson Les Paul Standard (Cherry Burst),and a cherry (2005) Flying V, and a Baja Telecaster and a Stratocaster (reverse headstock '68 special model), My reason for having every different guitar tone is partly due to this band. The first time I heard Mezcal Head in '93 was unbeleivable, my favorite album.

  • son of a mustang ford indeed happy shoegazing daze!

  • Then you need to listen to more music like swervedriver.

  • I listened to this song in my car today, after buying tickets for their upcoming portland show, and I actually cried with joy. I've never done that for a band. Ever.

    Thank you indeed Swervedriver.

  • Couldn't agree more. Yet I figure they wouldn't have had that special aura if they'd gone all stadium rock. They're still that special band for all of us who got to them!

  • Although you cant really hear Adam sing this song, this is a brilliantly writen number. Pure Genius. You could almost throw this song on Sgt. Peppers or Abbey Road and it would have held its own. These guys should have been SUPERSTARS of the 90's. Too bad they got soooooo screwed by the industry.
