Attended the grand opening of the new Apple Store in Cherry Hill today. It was quite an experience.
Sorry the video is so bad -- it's a new camera and I'm still learning Final Cut Express (which I bought at the store today.)

They only sell-not help you with issues after you buy it. New car mentality-after you leave the lot your screwed.

The one in Marlton is really friendly--great customer service, always in and out with what I want very quickly. The one in Cherry Hill sucks. Waited 45 minutes once just to get an iPad--not waiting for the store to open, but simply waiting for one of the sales staff hanging by the Genius Bar to notice me and ask if I needed help. Same thing happened when I went to buy an iMac there. Waited forever for service. If Marlton was closer, I'd never go to Cherry Hill again.
