  • Sure does when the older Polos weigh in at around 830kgs.

  • I think the owner reported 176bhp on that run, with the fuel map not quite set-up. Not bad for a 1.3 anyway!

  • Great Polo! I Love my Polo CL :o)

  • It depents on how much power you want to make! For a low boost instalation you need the supercharger, an intercooler, solenoids, some mounting structure for the supercharger, pulleys and a belt to move the charger, and to remaped the cars ECU!

  • Hi to anyone who can help me with this question. i have a skoda octavia 1.6 litre fsi sr engine do you think that i can install a m45 eaton superchager to it and if yes,in addition to the supercharger what else do i need

  • i ran mine with high lift cam and big injectors and it was slower think i need head work done to see befits so iam back to original cam

  • i take it has steel internals to rev past 8K ?, awsome machine by the way, love it

  • i drive a g60 with eaton g60----please looked my video...

  • hi mate what cam u use then did it make car slower until remap or do u need a new ecu wired to cope

i just got my g40 eaton running seems sweet have 260cc injectors on the way and planning a cam and a remap any views ? cheers

  • Sweet. I love G40s...especially this one!!

  • My car only made 176 bhp on that run as unfortunately it could only be revved to 6.5k rpm as the G60 injectors were running out of fuel at that point, the bigger injectors i was waiting for did not turn up in time. The cam that was in the engine on this run would have not even peaked power at 8000rpm which is as far as the standard ecu can go. A previous run with the standard cam saw this 1272cc 8v engine make 189bhp at 6700rpm and 162 lb/ft of torque.
