  • How do u rust proof ur trucks?

  • @xXLEVERACTION78Xx Fluid Film, it's in my vids a month back

  • @CorvairWild

50 is too high unless that's what they are rated for. Passenger vehicles are generally 35 PSI Max. The low profiles on my fusion are rated for 30. None the less, wouldn't cause such a sharp drop. Couldn't say much else without throwing uneducated guesses around.

  • @RiceReaper I think max was 65lbs

  • Did you try diesel fuel additive? A general one is Marvel Mystery oil.Cant be used on new diesel engines due to the emissions and warranty.

  • @jkltg60 I've used dollar store Name Brand additive. I forget the brand, but not junk,

about the cold start : engine should rattle but at the start only

there is an optical sensor behind cylinder 8, if i'm good it advance of 3 degree the timing of the pump.

unplug it few seconds after starting the engine dead cold you should hear the difference if it work properly.

  • @michaelovitch

the pump if i'm right it have a mark that should be aligned with mark on the block.

is it a stanadyne pump ?

the intercooler ? i think air is cold enough where you live (even after went through the turbine) to not to use it.

    too cold air =bad efficiency.

moreover without ridges on the pipes it's not reliable enough imo.

clever for a southern state but NY.....

  • @CORVAIRWILD

You should keep stock temps thermostats.

it's an idi 180 or lower is too low imo nearly all idi are around 190 f.

too low temps = wear and bad efficiency moreover with cold winter air not good for combustion.

the injectors could be dribbling yes they should be checked with a pop test for the pattern and operating pressure.

  • 11mpg? My 95' Suburban with a 6.5 gets at the least 20-23mpg on highway maybe 18 in the city. Sounds like yours is running a little rough CW.

  • $3.49 a gallon in Oklahoma
