A practice video for drum solo dancing. Suzanna thoroughly explains any new isolations that she has not previously broken down in "Precision Motion Workout" or "Dynamic Combinations". She then leads you through a series of challenging percussive dance combinations creating a mini-choreography. After mastering this series, you are encouraged and inspired to create your own drum solo dance. Running time is approximately 60 minutes.

I'm all in favour of making this trailer longer! I am working on a dance to this very piece of music. I don't want to copy, just do a dance for performance of my very own. Maybe the DVD might give me more ideas ....

I took lessons from Suzanna in Denver, Colorado before I moved. She's graceful and dances with class and sophistication and gave me the great love for the dance that I still carry with me to this day.

Thanks for everything you taught me Suzanna, I'll never forget it.

but @hollywood records: the precision motion trailer is BORING. why not include "longer" trailers (<3min), and PLEASE no single warmup stretch for 30 seconds thereof!!

HOLY COW!!!! If they've finally go this out on DVD I'm there. When this first came out I wasn't good enough to keep up, and boy did it kick my butt. I've grown quite a bit as a dancer since then, but if anyone's waffling about whether or not to buy Lock, Roll & Flutter - don't hesitate, just get it - you will not be sorry. Suzanna has always been the mistress of making people work hard - as far as I'm concerned, before there was Suhaila, there was Suzanna.
