It looks as though I was able to lean out a bit more hmm.... guess all that hula hoopin' and swimming worked during my down weeks ahahahaha......

P.s
My hula hoop is the BOMB!!!! Its pink and has lights on it ahahahaha.... My inner child will NEVER DIE Wahahaha..... ;)

  • Shavon if you boxed you would be a knock out with those geat muscles that is for sure and a hit in other ways!

  • I actually use to kickbox for some years. I'm really thinking about getting back into it. It'll help loosen my joints up from all the weight lifting. :)

  • Have to ask Shavone. How were you at boxing? With your build I imagine you were pretty powerful, but it is hard work.

  • Well my coach use to always tell me that I was born to kickbox. I guess it was because you could see the love for it in my eyes every time I had training. I just love the feeling of pushing myself to the limit I guess.

  • Hey girl you look great! After I shed about 40more pds I hope to one day be as bad as you are. My upper body seems to be my trouble zone at the moment. Could you do a short video of your hula hoop workout and explain the areas it helps it would be great!! keep up the good work girl.

  • Shavonne, Try fast rotation of exercises like set up three excerices with weeights or what ever and do one set and jump to one set of an other exercise as your rest. This loosens joints and builds endurance
