  • I wouldn't recommend drinking more than that amout of water for prolonged periods but for 3-4 days its not a problem, I drink at least 2-3 litres on a normal day plus water while training...

    If you're diet is low on sodium and carbs, drinking large quantities of water will flush out lots of electrolytes ie. Salts and other minerals, this can lead to a few symptoms such as low blood pressure,fatigue and light headed/dizzy feeling.

    I make sure I've got some electrolyte powder with me just in case.
