Ok so if marijuana is legal, government gets to sell it and regulate it. Ok, so guarunteed billions of dollars in tax revenue every year. Why would the government complain??

Maybe (conspiracy theory here) the DEA busts big grows, take the thousands of pounds of pot, and use their guys, disguised as big dealers, sell it back to the black market. They then control about 5% (guess) of annual marijuana revenue. Thats a lotta cash

Marijuana should not be illegal. This guy is a prime example of someone who was mindlessly enforcing the law, then discovered the harmlessness of this substance that worthy of felony possession.

Right on dude! i waz talking with one of my buds about what would happen if they legalized weed and he sayed the goverment would alter it and make it as addictive as smokes, but if they legalized it id just grow my own,lol.
