We all grew up in the Barrens :)...some memories: running for hours and hours. killing centaur and pigman, meet and rescue first belf at northwatch hold, lots more running, Wailing caverns (great dungeon), oases, crossroads under attack, and the awesome barrens chat....r.i.p.

lol i remember being like, level 15 and joining a huge public raiding party that started in the barrens and MARCHED (all /walking together) all the way into ashenvale. We had like 50 people from all levels. that shit just dosent happen anymore

I remember going to crossroads as a lvl 15 Human, then getting killed by guards. I then came back at level 30 or so and killed everyone but the Bat Master... damn that guy...

@Nararnius That must be a great memory, back in the times when you were just a noob, discovering many things about a whole new word...good times.

But WoW was a lot harder back on 2005, in fact, that's the year of the hardest contest on the history of WoW. The game became so much casual oriented now days, it's just not fun anymore.

*sigh* i remember first time when i came into barrens *flashback* with my level 10 orc warrior... dont remember his name though... i remember killing animals... it was so much fun back then... no skills, no expansions just running arround having fun... this is what happens with all the games... first no skill and so much fun... then alot of skills and almost no fun :,(
