A Mixtape of Some of my best dunks.

I have completed one cycle of my customized Vertical Mastery program and gained 1 inch on my standing vert, 2 inches on my 2 leg running vert and 3 inches on my 1 leg running vert. I currently have a 35-inch running vertical and I am working to get it much higher.

I highly recommend the Vertical Mastery Program created by Jack Woodrup. It is by far the best program on earth because it comes as close as you can get to having a personal trainer.

  • you really need to work on developing stiff lower legs, work on your flexability, wow i see a ton of weaknesses

  • Please tell me you use running shoes for jumping (especially off one leg)
