  • I think one thing to look out for is the stability of your ankle. If you push up, you ankle will have to bent and the entire weight is on one ankle. I would look out if the weight tilt toward one side. It would be safer to do this in a power rack.

  • believe me, if my gym had a power rack i would've used it, my gym is gigantic however its the one thing we're missing
