@mannymanano I would like to add to my reply to Delta1464 that both are different songs. They have different words and melody. In fact Vince Vance's song according to Wikipedia, the melody used in the song is very similar to Bobby Vinton's number 9 pop hit single from early 1964, "My Heart Belongs to Only You. Check it out and you will hear the similarity, but it's still a great song.

@delta1464 Hi, I just thought I'd clear up something that also had me wondering. Mariah Carey did not write song. She co-wrote another "All I Want For Christmas is You" with Walter Afanasieff., which was released as the lead single from her 4th studio album Merry Christmas in November 1994. Vince Vance's "All I want for Christmas was released as a single in 1989.
