  • To get great numbers of people on bikes you need lots of biking lanes, safety without helmets, legislation etc. See Amsterdam. These fancy gadgets will mean nothing.

  • LOL ... it's the rear wheel by itself. You attach it to your own bike. The battery is in the red hub, the gears are in the red hub. It recharges when braking. What else is there to know?
