  • Where did you get your durian from? A certain site? I can't seem to find any in my area.

  • Some Asian grocery stores have them. If not fresh, they have them in the refrigerator, with the flesh already removed and packaged up.

  • the flesh looks like Nickelodeon Gack, remember that stuff ?

  • @Stoopudjurcee1 Are you kidding me, they sell this all over Chinatown.

Go to your nearest Toko and if they dont have it, look in the freezer section for frozen Durian.

  • good god thats disgusting.

  • that is not fresh

  • this durian not fresh anymore

  • just to let you know, the durian that you open is brought from frozen thats why the outer thorny skin is soft. Most durians in US is sold frozen as it last longer as only selected few will eat it. this is from experience as i am from Malaysia where we eat durian like candy plus my famuly have a big durian orchard back home.

  • Would like to try it some time if I ever get the chance.

  • the durian is like a freak spike bomb put a fire cracker in it and spikes will fly every where

  • LOL I do find it weird how Andrew can't eat this fruit. Was it because of the smell? I watched his episode with stinky tofu and honestly I don't think he could even eat more than a bite because of the smell. What does the fruit durian smell like since that seems to be a huge factor in why people won't try it?

  • you do need a razor blade or a knife unless the fruit is extremely ripe to the point of splitting open (like yours)
