Religious right??? What was in there that had anything to do with politics? One church character in a movie and it's "religious?" Half the country goes to church, shouldn't some movies portray that?

Stephen is such a great guy, I was with him on set while filming this. He really connects with his character and is able to reach deep down make it all the more real.

I saw this on one of the religious channels just the other evening. My girlfriend and I found it pretty hilarious. My personally favorite was when Lefty [Baldwin] was parked on the side of the road and a cop comes up to him and asks "What are you, some kind of pervert?" lol!

This movie was dreadful. The acting and filming was pretty lame. Story line and the message was good but the movie was not.

Baldwin is a awesome witness for Christ for our youth. Praise God!!!

Good actors...Unfortunately it began to feel "Preachy, religious right" to me. It was a nice story about compassion however the whole church thing felt false. Let's put it this way........You'd never see gay characters placed in a positive light in this kind of film with this kind of "backing".

Great film, just got it at Walmart. Raw and real without being too depressing, uplifting without being cheesy.  A little known surprise!

Excellent film. If your tired of movies begging for your attention with expensive unrealistic worldly luster, but still need the escapeism without insulting your intelligence I highly recomend this movie. Hope is hard to do well and this is a success.
