Here I would like to see a wide Right turn lane Same concept as before they don't provide clearance by design. You can see the small car on the left can move over to provide 3 feet. Yet they are not all small cars I could also merge with cars in were the small car is also. Because it is the right most through lane. A buffer zone could be added to the right curb lane. That way it would enforce car single lane. Provide a buffer from thru traffic on the left side. next to some placed sharrows going across the intersection and the bike lane area. Allow cyclists passing on the left.
So I could move over to the right turn lane. The man holes are right in the middle of the bicycle lane. Second class citizens.
