Took a drive through the Hindhead tunnel in my Lamborghini Gallardo just after it opened for the first time.

@JamesGU4 Not true. If it's national speed limit then it's 70mph on a dual carriage way unless otherwise stated!

Nice video! Sounds amazing.
Me and my mate took a trip up there yesterday in his Astra VXR - doesnt sound quite that same as your lamborghini though haha! Nevertheless, still a great tunnel to go through! Watch my video if you get a chance :)

The speed limit must be 60mph because the road does not have motorway status. Therefore, the limit is the usual A-class road restriction.

@ProTerminalG Yes it is 70MPH now, but when the tunnel initially opened it was 40MPH for the first couple of hours.
