Although nothing like this actually happened in the episode, I must commend you for correctly predicting that Dalton was Rassilon. Plus, this isn't half a bad edit either, I quite liked it contrary to everyone who don't exactly get it.

@CastellanKat It's implying that Rassilon (the Timelord President) triggered regeneration as the first of his kind. He then says that the Doctor's remorse will be his downfall.

Could be. If any Timelords do return, there going to be mad with the Doctor. He didn't simply interfere which he faced the consequences for in The War Games, he supposedly destroyed an whole race.
