@kayjohnson25 Lastly, I wish to point out that even if you loaded up every vial of test-E in the entire world and injected all of them directly into your bloodstream, you would not be able to come close to replicating the feats of elite Oly lifters on stage. You have no idea how much training, pain, and raw hellish determination and courage an athlete needs to be able to throw himself under 500lb and then send it over his head, steroids or not.

@acyt14 no, cause if you injected test into your bloodstream, you'd probably die.

if your going to bother spot (if there is no power rack with pins) on squat only do it on the accent phase and do it so your arms are under the chest and you can help take the weight (as spotting should be used to prevent collapse not aid a lift) not sure what the coach is gonna do with overhand grip on a 200kg bar if the guy misses the lift.

@Stoksie01 oh yes because everyone on youtube knows that squatting will destroy your spine, heaven forbid you standing shoulder press or your shoulders will also be destroyed, don't forget that any bending of the knee with any weight above BW will surely turn your kneecaps to dust.
Real gains are made with Chair-sits and keyboard reps, not to mention balance boards, kipping pull ups, bicep curls and chest fly machine.
oh wait....

@hopla count again

No doubt that spotter woud get seriouse problems if he didn't manage to lift that weight.... He think he woud lift 200kg with his wrists?
-
that's just bad spotting, u should never touch the bar while spotting someone who squats.
-
I count 170 kg

his coach is a fat guy, nuff said

@Stoksie01 Oly lifters go ATG all the time. Injuries result from the sheer volume of training (i.e. squatting every day), not from the style itself.

First if all why the hell do you have a spotter when you're using bumper plates. Second, what the hell is your useless spotter even doing.

@eowdaoc Thanks bud, I know I can dump it if I have to. Second, that "useless spotter" is my dad. Third, he's just giving a little backward tug on the bar to make sure I didn't strain my back. So it wasn't actually useless. His 20 years of experience and Collegiate National's gold medal give him some credibility.
Thanks for your intelligent comment.
