Show me Your Soul (Tag)

Well, I didn't do this well. I only had the time to get into what has got me into reading instead of what has influenced me. So unsatisfying!

A lot of books from a lot of people have influenced me. A few of them or philosophies/people: The Upanishads, The Bhagavad Gita, Buddhism, Taoism (Zhuangzi), The Stoics (Seneca, Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius), La Rochefoucauld, Colin Wilson, C.G Jung, Antonin Artaud, Gurdjieff, Van Gogh, Nietzsche, Baltasar Gracian, Michel de Montaigne's Essays, Arthur Schopenhauer, David Foster Wallace, Jorge Luis Borges, Franz Kafka, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Albert Camus, Jean-Paul Sartre, A. N. Whitehead, Edmund Husserl, Ernest Becker, William Blake, Rainer Maria Rilke, Neil Postman.

lol, thanks for thinking of me but yes, I've avoided this whole thread as I do any tagging videos (though I acknowledge many are good and they're socially positive and cultural and lovely, just not my cup of tea)... this one is now queued and I will probably watch it... because I got here from a vanity search of pyrrho314 wondering if there might be stray commentary about certain recent videos that have broad interests outside the group of philosophers her more familiar to me.

You know what, if I were single with no children....I could see myself reading all of the time...as of now, I have many books started and my studies get most of my attention, (something I do for myself)...and that takes me away from the reading I would do just for me, without a homework assignment attached to it. lol :P
