I just saw an article about this ad, and I think it was genius! Obviously it was trying to reach out to the Hispanic community and let them know they can feel more comfortable while buying a car, because there will be workers there that speak Spanish. It´s not ´catering´ to immigrants, just letting them know bilingual workers exist at Earl Stewart -- just as they do at many other establishments.
