Small Frank West combo. (Lvl.1 to Lvl.3 One assist.)

While not as flashy and crazy as most Frank West level up videos, it's pretty useful if you want that quick Level Up boost without having to use Dante or anything like that to get him to Lvl.5 in one sitting.

Since the quality of this is shit, Frank is at Lvl.1 and this is corner only, although I haven't tried it mid-screen. Ghost Butterfly is the assist that Wesker has and no. I don't use Wesker because I'm a tier whore. I use him because he's fucking awesome and I haven't dropped him since Vanilla MvC3.
